Born in a corrugated iron hut in Bangladesh with no running water, Wazi came to America to study Electrical Engineering (Univ of Pennsylvania), Finance (Wharton), and an MBA (Stanford University). Working as an Investment Banker, Venture Capitalist and Management Consultant (The Boston Consulting Group) gave Wazi the tools to become an Entrepreneur – starting companies he has sold, run or folded.  

As Director of Client Management and Operations at SevenRooms, a CRM and Reservation Management System for the hospitality industry, Ilana oversees the company's global client base, including restaurants, nightclubs, and hotel groups, and is responsible for the process of on-boarding, training, support, and retention strategies. Ilana also spearheads other strategic partnerships with regards to integrations, and third party tools to expand product offerings to the existing client base.

Karim is a Senior Recruiter for the Sales Practice at Michael Page based in New York City. Michael Page is recognized nationally and internationally as a leading provider of quality recruitment services. Karim specifically focuses on the placement of Sales Professionals from Junior to CRO level candidates within multiple industries including but not limited to SaaS, Business Services, Digital Technology and Technical Sales. The majority of clients that Karim works with are emerging startups that are based in New York City.

Rebecca Davidson is the Head of Business Development at Built In, a network of online communities for tech companies and startups. The Built In platforms connect talent to startups, promotes local tech company culture, news and growth, and host events...all on a local level. As the head of Business Development, Rebecca oversees the launch, growth and management of Built In's newest market to, Built in NYC.

Josh is a Co-Founder of Underdog.io. Underdog.io is a talent marketplace working with tens of thousands of candidates and hundreds of top technology companies in New York and San Francisco. Underdog.io has been called "the best-kept secret in hiring." Before Underdog.io, Josh was the first employee and Director of Operations at Bondsy, an app to trade things with friends. Bondsy was a Spring 2012 TechStars NYC graduate and Thrive Capital-backed startup. Josh has also held stints as an intern at a VC-firm, as an equity research analyst, and most interestingly, as a professional poker player, where he traveled and competed in some of the most prestigious and expensive tournaments in the world. Josh has an MBA from UNC-Kenan Flagler (Go Heels!) and a BA from Emory University. Josh loves dogs, even though he doesn't have one (yet). He eats at Chipotle at least twice a week. And he sometimes wishes he was a screenwriter.
